ACAF Encouraged by House Inclusion of Clean Fuel Production Credit in Reconciliation Package, Urges Senate to Maintain the Extension
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act,” including an extension of the 45Z Clean Fuel Production Credit, which has broad support across the American agricultural, energy, manufacturing and transportation sectors.
“We are encouraged to see the Clean Fuel Production Credit included in the House reconciliation package. 45Z plays a critical role in driving innovation and investment in the American economy, strengthening our energy independence and supporting farming communities across America’s heartland,” said Samantha Dravis, Executive Director of Americans for Clean Aviation Fuels.
“We are grateful to the House members who championed this market certainty for America’s heartland communities and energy producers. We urge the Senate to maintain the extension of the Clean Fuel Production Credit, which will deliver needed clarity to America’s farming communities and advance President Trump’s vision of American energy dominance.”
